Color: Medium deep black cherry. (3.0) Bouquet: Tart raspberry and musky cherry fruit with richness, minerals and an earthy mushroom component. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight with excellent acidity/minerality and very good fruit. Tangy mouthfeel. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but more tart with a saline minerality. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor. Dusty earth and mushrooms lingers. (3.0)
Overall: Impressive terroir and complexity for the price complementing lively, tart raspberry and musky cherry fruit. Dusty earth with nuances of mushrooms and minerals in the mix. A solid middleweight with excellent acidity. Drink now and in the next few years. Outstanding value. (15)
