Color: Medium gold (3.0) Bouquet: Apples and lime with excellent acidity. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight with excellent pure fruit supported by acidity and just a touch of oak. Dry and crisp with a silky mouthfeel. Elegant. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet step-for-step. (3.0) Finish: Long and persistent with zippy apple, but elegant. (3.0)
Overall: More restrained than I remember from my first impression on 2/7/09, but is still crisp with excellent pure apple fruit and acidity. (15.0)
